Without doubt, the best takeaway meal we've had this year, outstanding quality and great value ay the price point We WILL be using Zains again

10 out 10 what come to expect from zains dalry used them for over 5 years without any problems and and it continues with no problems great food and great service that they provide the town of dalry and beyond

Calzone was stone cold, bread part was soggy. Wisnae chuffed at all with it.

The food was barely warm by the time I received it but it was so delicious I wasn't that bothered. Millions go hungry every day and so, despite this food order being only lukewarm, I am grateful for the very tasty and nutritious blessing that it brought upon me. Thank you.

Delivered over 1 hour late driver went to my neighbours house then drove away i had to chase car up street I ordered food for delivery at 7:10pm when it still wasn't delivered by 8:10pm I called restaurant they said they read it wrong and thought it said delivery at 8:10 pm which was a stupid thing to say and they even failed to do that .won't order again food was nice but cold by time I got it

Ordered using the app giving one extra hour after the expected time which seemed reasonable and delivery came yet another hour later food was cold and unappetising .. this isn't usual for zains that's why I would order again

Pizza was a bit meh but chicken nuggets and chips were nice

Food was cold, chips were under cooked, garlic mayo tasted off. We usually order every other week and usually get most of the same stuff but very disappointed in the food this week was really poor. Considering prices you do expect a better quality of food.

Great, but I'm pretty sure I got the wrong box delivered. I did pay extra for a chicken only pakora in my box but instead got the usual mushroom, veg, etc. Anyway - apart from that gripe the food was really tasty and made up for the mistake.

First time - will not be the last.

Thought I'd try the new shawarma range .....just wasn't to our liking 🙄 .....always order from zains so will stick to our usual orders ☺️

Placed a small order at 1653 and didn’t arrive till 1830. When the order was placed it was scheduled to arrive ASSP. Called on two separate occasions to be told it was busy and would be with me soon.

Got chilli sauce on my kebab this time. If you like spice you'll love that. Was a bit too much for me so I'll stick to the kebab sauce next time. LOL. Food is always great no matter what I get. Best in the shire.
