Food was very cold!!

Excellent meal. Food delivery was quick, food was hot and absolutely delicious. Best takeaway we’ve had for ages.

2nd time ordering amazing food again.

Children's meal arrived a bit colder, I presume it was made before the adults was ready, (which is fine as that's what air fryers are for) . Worse it came with chicken which was for our vegetarian 😳 obviously quickly spat out and binned. Restaurant quickly repeated and replaced with the correct dish which arrived 20mins ish later no issues on replacement. My child had already eaten the original chips but had the ick from the previous mistake so didn't eat the replacement calzone. Not a big problem, my husband will have it for his lunch tomorrow. Unfortunately, kids being kids If we order again it will have to be when the youngest isn't around, kids can hold a grudge for a while. This issue was resolved quickly and the adults meal was nice, tasty and hot. Just unfortunate.

Got the chasni boat and wow sooo tasty. Would definitely recommend Zains to anyone.

Food lovely as always. Only thing I would say is the chasni nan and the chasni boat I have had previously could be doing with extra sauce, even wee pot at the side. This is just my preference, otherwise delicious

Living just a short walk from Zains the service is always quick, but it is tasty not had a bad meal yet

The food was not the usual 100% there was not much flavour to the Patia or Korma even nan bread was as if it need couple more mins in oven but definitely not the normal excellent food this time Will use again as this first not happy

Ordered the £10 Wednesday special box! Zains thrown it out the park yet again! What you get in this box for a tenner is simply mega! Piping hot, delivered exactly on time & amazing quality! 5 stars

Annoyed that the driver didn't give any change back and just walked away and ignored us. Rude and won't be ordering delivery again, especially paying for delivery and then having the audacity to not give change...

I ordered at 5 o’clock for a 18:20 delivery, we had 6 family members waiting on food and it never came until 18:50

Waited 2 hours for the food. When it eventually arrived it was all stone cold! Cold juice cans sat on top of the food bag. It was a rather big order too and new customers, not very impressed

Delivery 52minutes late to requested time. App saying its delivered when its not. Peshwari naan cremated on one side and not enjoyable at all! Normal naan bit too chewy. Curries were ok. let down compared to normal quality.
