The food was absolutely delicious. I don't think the courier had an insulated bag which was annoying because I actually have my own insulated bag which I bought on eBay! Nevertheless the food was so good I felt so blessed to be able to enjoy the moment. The flavors were just exquisite, thank you!

Waited 1 and 3/4 hrs. Called numerous times told something different each time. Order was cancelled. Nothing short of disgraceful. Still no refund.

Food bland

I ordered 40pd worth of food after waiting nearly 2hours the food was cold chips were hard tried calling the restaurant and the phone was engaged for over a hour.

2 hrs 10 mins for a £70 delivery. Food gets here cold and soggy. Most went in the bin no one answered messages and no one answered the phone not for me

Food is always outstanding and tastes fresh and hot. Amazing customer service

as usual we had a great meal and we would recommend Zains every time in fact we are just about to order another meal.
