Annoyed that the driver didn't give any change back and just walked away and ignored us. Rude and won't be ordering delivery again, especially paying for delivery and then having the audacity to not give change...

I ordered at 5 o’clock for a 18:20 delivery, we had 6 family members waiting on food and it never came until 18:50

Food was cold. Chicken pakora soggy doner meat bland

Waited 2 hours for the food. When it eventually arrived it was all stone cold! Cold juice cans sat on top of the food bag. It was a rather big order too and new customers, not very impressed

Delivery 52minutes late to requested time. App saying its delivered when its not. Peshwari naan cremated on one side and not enjoyable at all! Normal naan bit too chewy. Curries were ok. let down compared to normal quality.

Only gave 3 stars as my partner liked his meal. This is the second time we ordered from zains, did not like it the first time but thought we would give it one more chance as had been highly recommended by some staff at my partners work but after this time I would not order again. £50 for two mains and two drinks, I did not even eat the rest of mine. The milkshakes are good but a hard thing to mess up. The chips were okay standard freezer chips with spice on them. The Chasni curry boat did not taste like any Chasni I have ever had before, more like a tandoori or chicken in pakora sauce. The pizza base they said it comes in was either a garlic bread or basted in garlic butter which I had not realised and dislike garlic at the best of times. My partner had the big daddy box and liked the kebab, burger, chips and pakora but disliked the wings and never ate them after trying one. All in all my partner said he would maybe order select things from them again but I won’t be back.

The food was barely hot had put in my microwave granted biscoff sundies where lovely my bill came to 25.90 so when partner hand him 30 pounds he gave her pound back so my partner got another pound from delivery driver so he got 2.10 tip I've used zains curry house for almost 10 years so bit disappointed by lack of service

This time the food was not to the standard it has been previously. They pride themselves on their Nann bread, this time they were undercooked and raw dough.

Spent just over £50, order arrived and was lukewarm, some items had to be heated in microwave.

Meal was all good apart from onion rings. Soggy cold and only 6 small onion rings for £5. Order regularly and this is the first time I’ve felt item wasn’t up to standard.

Food to poor quality. Deliver came to fast - 20 min early
