My child has send up being sik after eatting ther nugget and chips

Booked online. Arrived slightly later than expected but worth the wait. The smash burger was lovely and the calzone, chips etc 😋. Well stuffed now!

Really disappointing last night, was told it would be 45 minutes for delivery and was over 2 hours and when food arrived it was barely warm. Called to find out what was happening with my order, took ages for an answer and was told it was next to leave - 50 minutes later still not arrived, phoned again and was told driver had it. Think they maybe misplaced the ticket or forgot about the order as never had issues before, even more disappointing when it arrived it wasn’t very warm so can’t even say was worth the wait!

Food was very cold when it arrived. The kids burger was missing the chips.

Ordered at 5:40 , given delivery time of 6:20 , phoned at 6:50 to see why not delivered . Eventually turned up at 7:25 . No apology given over a hour late.☹️☹️

After nearly 2hours had to phone to see where my order was. I was told the system had gone down and after it started back up the order was lost or missed. Not very smart considering the the price of the order was removed from my bank in seconds and I received a message to say it’s on its way?

Food was delicious and large portions. Delivery time was supposed to be 40 mins but it was actually only 25 👍

We would not go anywhere else for a curry, the flavour and taste are 10/10 every time. Truly authentic food and they deserve every accolade they get. Well deserved praise from us every time 👌

Loving the smash burgers and Zains allow myself to customise my burger slightly with no additional payment and delivered and packaged with care. Quality produce and always cooked well and tasty as always!
